1. Eligibility for Refund

We accept refund requests if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product does not match the description or specifications.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Provide your order number, photos of the damaged/incorrect product, and a brief description of the issue.

3. Conditions

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.

  • Refunds will not be granted for products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is on our side.

4. Refund Method

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards, downloadable products, and some health & personal care items may not be eligible for refund.
